"We had a very large tree in our yard that we wanted cut down. We solicited several bids that went from the $2500 range all the way to $8000. We selected Bailey because of their good reviews and their price. When we scheduled the time, I felt for sure that this project was going to take a long time, as this was scheduled for early March and we had heavy rains. I received a call that their crew would be out the next day. I checked the weather and it was supposed to rain heavily the next day. Sure enough, they showed up, in the rain, and started working on the tree. It took them two days, in the rain, to cut down our large tree. They came back on the third day to take away some large trunk wood that we couldn't use. Their cleanup was exceptional. After the third day, you would not have known by the look of our front yard that such a huge project took place. "Although it took weeks to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate, the actual pruning appt. was made fairly soon afterword. I am very impressed with this company. They are very knowledgeable and Cody explained what they were doing and why along the way. They were on time and cleaned up everything nicely. The trees look so much better (They have never had service), the canopies are raised and off the roof and ground, and they have been thinned out but not just chopped. Acorn is also going to prune my Crape Myrtles in the winter. I definitely recommend this company."
