"This review is long overdue. Should have done this months ago. Anyway, we cannot express enough how pleased we are with Kevin's Roofing. From the initial consultation with Kevin and the Field Coordinator, Thomas Ritchie and all the roofing installers, they did such a fantastic job. The job was done in 2 days. They were all very professional and very respectful of our property. They showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Our home has cedar siding and with the shadow black roof, the color contrast has improved the over all appearance of our home. Now when it rains there are no more worries of the roof leaking. Thank you to Kevin, Thomas and the installation crew for a job well done! We highly recommend Kevin's Roofing for all of your roofing needs!"

"<p>Mike is very knowledgeable and courteous. He provided quality materials and modified the contract to include all  specifics I requested. The installation crew was quite another story. I had to remove black marks from my siding, shutters, and garage door ... some scratches I could not remove.  They did not comply with the manufacturer's instructions for weatherproofing the Velux skylights (I'm not saying that the deviations will cause a leak ... just puts me at risk if there is a problem). Debris from the roof also ripped open one of my window screens. There are loose nails under two of the shingles ... they are up high were I cannot get to them. I have contacted Mike by phone and email requesting he have someone remove the nails from under the shingles, and return my front window screen (he took it to have it repaired) but to date there has been no follow up communication or action from Mike. But for these discrepancies I would be pleased with the job.<br /> <br /> Update. No one knocks the ball out of the park every time at bat and though there were a couple issues with this job they have all been resolved. Mike and his crew made things right and the roof looks great. </p>"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
