"Inspection and treatment was done in March, 2019. In march, 2020, I paid the $125 annual renewal fee for inspection, treatment, and protection. Never heard a word from Loyal the rest of the year. In March, 2021, I received and invoice for another annual renewal and called to find out exactly what I was paying for. I was told it was for inspection and treatment and protection, and as soon as my payment was received they would call me to set up an appointment for the service rep. I paid another $125 fee and as of this writing cannot even get Loyal to respond to my numerous attempts to contact them. I have called via phone, attempted to email, posted on their FB page, and written and mailed a letter via USPS to no avail. Loyal has been and remains totally unresponsive to any attempt to get this resolved. My next step is to file a claim against them in small claims court. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL NEEDS."

"Virginia Green has no process for training technicians properly. It's either that or technicians just don't care about work. Partially applied 6 applications for weeding and fertilizing and every time they miss large sections of my yard. This is the 3rd season at two different properties that they have done this. They over spray and kill your plants and garden due to lack of attention to detail. I lost all of my Squash and Cucumber plants due to their carelessness. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THIS OVERPRICED SERVICE FROM A BROKEN COMPANY."

"We have used RVA for about five years. We agreed in October to have them come out to clean up leaves this year and we asked for the first week of December. No one came and there was no communication. When I reached out they stated they would be out the following week. Again no one came and no one communicated anything to us. I called and emailed multiple times with no response. When I said I considered the agreement void if I didn’t hear back from them I then received an email they had equipment issues. No apology etc. We are very disappointed. To not communicate with your customer is bad business."

"From the time Christina came out to give us an estimate, Vaughan Landscaping was a pleasure to work with. Workers came and cleared out two separate areas of our yard. Both have large shrubs, weeds and wild vines and one had a rotting section of fencing. They did a great job removing everything we asked and cleaned up a redbud bush we wanted to keep. They cleaned up everything and it turned out great. Highly recommend this company."
