"In March 2019, I submitted a free quote request on their website and very quickly someone emailed me to set up an appointment. To speed things up, I ended up calling the office to make the appointment. I followed up via email with the original person that reached out to let him know I made the appointment and when it was since the main office gave him the appointment. No one showed to that appointment. I then called the office after about 30 mins and they that someone must not have put it on the appointment calendar. Hard to believe when I called and sent them my own confirmation. They then rescheduled me with the same employee for later in the week. For the second appointment, once again, no one showed up. No one ever called me to explain or apologize. I took off work twice and had had enough. This is a very large job and worth a lot of money so I am more than shocked that no one showed up...TWICE. Very frustrating."
