The company representative came within a couple of days exactly at the time he quoted, and spent as much time as we wanted examining the roof, explaining the details and products available. The bid came back the next day. We accepted the bid with a few adjustments, the shingles and roofing materials were delivered within a week, and the job was finished in less than 2 weeks from the bid. The roofing crew was prompt, careful of our property, efficient, and wasted no time. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The property was cleaned up well, all trash picked up and removed, and my flower beds were not harmed at all which were close to the house. The entire crew was very polite and responsive to any requests we had and careful of all areas of our property. We would recommend them to anyone who might need roof repair/replacement."

The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. "We needed an emergency repair on our roof, as we experienced a leak in our master bathroom in the middle of a remodel project that could not be completed until the source of the leak was dealt with. Adam came out the very next day and took detailed pictures of various repairs we need to make, sent us a quote that very day, then J.R., came out 3 days later (only because the next 2 days were snowing and cold again) and performed the most urgent repair that was causing the leak.
