They provided a quote without high-pressuring us to commit to the project. After getting the quote, we went to a local home show to see a sample installation. They addressed all of the questions we had prior to us making a commitment to the project and were very responsive and positive to a change we wanted to make regarding our pantry area after we did commit to the project. We appreciated them offering guidance based on their own experiences of what works--aspects that we hadn't considered. They took careful measurements and showed up on installation day with a well equipped service vehicle. The work area inside and outside our home was left clean.
