I had to have multiple calls back to get my carpets cleaned. Woodard does it once and does it right. Woodard also did a thorough job on a sewer backup in my basement. I also like the drop off rug cleaning service and lawn chair cleaning/storage service."

"Make sure the employees complete the work that is agreed to on the contract. I needed the deadwood trimmed and the canopy lifted 10 feet. After 6 hours of work, the employees only trimmed the deadwood and explained they couldn?t lift the cannopy because of weight distribution, tree health and other issues the arborist didn?t tell me. After some back and fourth, I chose not to argue with him and trusted his guidance. $1200 and some time later, the cannopy is growing over our power lines, along with my and our neighbors house. Clippers is recommended by many but make sure the employees complete the work that is on the contract. I would not recommend using them. Very unprofessional and unreliable. "
