Owner Lynn (yes she really is the lady in the commercials) sets up the schedule and keeps on top of things to ensure that the jobs go well and I’m satisfied. I think I only had one instance where I was unhappy with something (not her fault) and Lynn resolved the issue quickly and to my complete satisfaction. It really is wonderful to have an owner who is this hands-on and responsive. I trust Clean as a Whistle and highly recommend them. They are reliable and do a great job."

Second, she does great work, and it's really nice to come home after she's been there. We have usual tasks - finishing up laundry, vacuuming, cleaning the kitchen, etc. We also have a pad of paper on which we write notes to each other with additional tasking (change the sheets) or things she's noticed (which is great), etc. Third, she's very professional and responsive. If she needs to change the cleaning date, she lets us know early to arrange a substitute date. If we need to communicate with her, she's quick to respond."
