"Jack is a wonderful person, who would ordinarily come one time to do these measurements, but had to come four times, at the request of some of the other teams who were working to help resolve my mold, humidity, and air leakage issues. As his findings identified an undesirable reading, one of the other companies would ask him to re-measure after they fixed a specific problem...hence, another trip. <br /> He did not charge me extra for the additional trips. SCEand G will refund $200 of the fee, as we get the problems fixed. Ultimately, my home will be more energy efficient, for having used Retrotite to identify issues and allowing the other companies to follow up and fix things. <br />"

"I emailed Sheppards and Ace Glass. Sheppards responded the next day with more information than I asked for. Ace responded several days later and the information provided was minimal. Sheppards also was a bit less expensive. We went down to order the table top and it was ready the next day, 2 days earlier than we were told to expect. The glass was exactly as described.
