Insurance adjusters prefer working with us as we inspect all roofs for sufficient damage prior to suggesting you file a claim, therefore weeding out unnecessary claims. We will meet with the adjuster on your behalf to give you the best chance for a successful claim. We are A+ rated on the BBB. We are a certified Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and Shingle Master with Certainteed. We always use Ice & Water shield in all vulnerable areas as well as synthetic underlayment over the entire roof deck. This allows us to provide you with a 3 year workmanship warranty in addition to your manufacturers warranty. We will meet all insurance company estimates for work, all you should be responsible for is your deductible and any upgrades. We have over 60 years experience in new and replacement roofing. "We had a lot of hail damage in our neighborhood. Mike Bauer was checking other roofs and we had him look at ours with his drone. He said we had more than sufficient damage to meet the criteria for Allstate to replace our roof under our coverage. He worked with us to file the claim and then with the Allstate adjusters. It ended up being a LONG battle with Allstate as one office seemed to simply refuse regardless of the detailed pictures and supporting adjuster reports. We FINALLY got through that barrier with Mike going to bat with us 1000% and Allstate covered it all. Capital Palmetto Builders did a GREAT job on replacing our roof and gutters and gutter guards. With all the banging on the roof during the old roofing shingle demolition, some of our cathedral ceilings had nail pops. We showed them to Mike and he immediately arranged for a crew to come in and fix them, even found others that I'd missed. They did the repairs and painting in a VERY professional manner. We couldn't be happier."

"Nothing they said when we contracted with them was true. I told them I needed a system that would allow me to not ever have to get on the roof again. The guards clogged immediately and there was more rain water flowing over the edges with large amounts of trash staining the outside of the gutters. The clogging could not be cleared with a leaf blower. I had to get on the roof with a scrub brush and clean the guards and also had to clean the messy outside of the gutters which I rarely had to do before I purchased the guards. Also, the installer dented my new gutters and never told me about it. I have had workers make errors and damage things in the past but never had one not tell me about it. I have several properties and am continually having repairs done but have never dealt with such a dishonest company. I have never written a bad review on a company but this company really deserves a bad review."
