Once he got started, he worked in some really awful heat to fix all of the issues that he encountered. When he was done, I accepted the fact that he was going to charge more given the additional issues he found. What I didn't expect was that I would have to argue with him that he wasn't charging enough! We finally agreed on a price that I still think was too low!!
