"3D Welding owner, Richard Arnold, is a professional. He installed railings on my front steps. He arrived when he said he would. He gave me a very competitive quote and the work was completed when he said it would be. The quality of work was excellent. I would recommend 3D Welding and Richard Arnold, for any and all metal fabrications. He is the best."

"I recently hired Nasrat for a stair rail repair and metal work job, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The railing was loose and showing signs of wear, but Nasrat quickly assessed the issue and explained exactly what needed to be done. I would highly recommend Metal works of Nasrat for any type of metal works."

"Anthony responded promptly to our request--made an appointment, came to the house, measured, and--so great --THOUGHT about the project. He sent an estimate and a sketch within two days--and completed the protect within one week. He made steel handrails for both sides of the front steps (driveway to sidewalk), matching the style and color of the house. He installed the railing on Saturday afternoon. Great job."

"I had regular routine maintenance that needed to be done on my breaks. I was also able to take advantage of their current coupon that was available on their website. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They were very thorough when answering all my questions. I have been searching for somewhere that I can knock out all of my maintenance needs and more in just one place. They offer a wide variety of services. I have certainly found the right place. I will definitely be returning in the future. <br />"

"Exactly as he said. He kept me informed of the progress. Only problem I had was vehicle kept flunking inspection. Pass at Morris, flunk at stations. He told me I needed two parts (oxygen sensor was one of them). I went to Advance Autoband bought them (another $100). When I went by Morris to have them installed he said that would be another $100. It was for a '92 truck so there wasn't much labor involved and I had already paid him $1500. I thought he would just have me bring it in and install them since they were why vehicle had flunked inspection. The reason I had the tuneup was to make sure everything was correct prior to inspection, I had the parts installed by a mechanic for $30. I know the state regional inspection looked at the bill and shook his head. He said I paid way way too much and because of that invoice to prove I tried he gave me my inspection sticker with the promise I would have those 2 parts installed. He also said mechanic would have known that when he hooked up his testing equipment because it clearly showed on his printout where the problem was. Truck failed inspection 4x and each time I took the report back to Morris and got the same answer: "well it passed here". Obviously they weren't the ones issuing the renewal sticker. For that until they could figure out why the truck wouldn't pass state inspection, and state inspector identified the problem in 5 minutes I think Morris should have accepted the full responsibility of the parts and labor, or at a minimum the time it to install. I spent hours in line going back and forth from station to Morris'. Flunked 3x at Smyrna and once in Murfreesboro till I called Regional Inspector's office. He made an sppointment with me st Murfreesboro just 2 days later and said he would find out what the problem was-state equipment or Morris'. He was absolutely speechless when he read the invoice. He said it was ridiculous. I don't know-it's already paid, I was satisfied with service until it flunked inspection 4x and Morris didn't seem concerned nor offer to install those two parts considering the time I waited and waited in line, drive back and forth and the entire reason for a tuneup was to pass inspection. If I had been the owner, considering what the customer had already paid to guarantee inspection, already had the parts so I wouldn't be incurring a cost I would have installed those parts immediately-even if it meant I had to work overtime to do it! To me, that would be customer service. Not bring it back and leave it, pay another $100. (Specially after what Regional Inspector said about the invoice.) But it's done and over. I think what he did was excellent, the lack of resolving a problem he should have picked up on when he ran the diagnostic report or even reviewed the report I provided he could have evaluated the situation and said I think the problem may be oxygen sensor and ???. I will replace them at no cost to you (cause obviously he could buy wholesale. But as I have stated-I wasn't upset about the bill I was annoyed at the fact after I even bought the parts he refused to install them for less than $100. Not showing respect or appreciation for his customers. Who knows-maybe the next invoice would have been $200, $100 for each part and I just misunderstood. Don't know, don't care, and neither did he. I don't remember if bill was $1500 or $1800. Think closer to $1,800. Tune up, window tint, right seat belt repaired, few misc things. The date of service was I believe June/July 2016, cause my clothes were soaking wet waiting in those lines repeatedly. Use him again? Can't really say yes or no-I'm in a cooling off period. After all I went through it will take time to adjust to his treatment of customers-at least of me. I really was astonished at his attitude. And oh yes, this didn't happen 30 days after picking the vehicle up-IT HAPPENED THE EXACT SAME DAY 15 minutes later."
