"The profile for Holy Roller is lengthy and is misleading. As a consumer, you would want to trust that what is listed on the company's profile is work that can be accomplished in a satisfactory manner for all parties. I hired Holy Roller to paint a pergola and refurbish an existing patio. Holy Roller spent months on my project, leaving me without the use of my patio. I fully paid Holy Roller, but the project was never completed. Appointments were cancelled, incorrect paint was used, the company couldn't strip the paint they applied that had chipped and peeled. Construction debris was left on my property. I enlisted the Better Business Bureau's help and took Holy Roller to Arbitration. An Arbitration hearing was conducted at the office of the BBB and I received an Arbitration Award against Jim C./Holy Roller. The money was to be paid by November 1, 2018. Jim Cole has not abided by the Arbitrator's Ruling. I spent thousands of dollars with a reputable company to fix the workmanship of Holy Roller Painting. The new company removed all work done by Holy Roller and gave me a new patio within 36 hours. Please do your research before hiring this company."

"We had a fantastic experience working with the Baker Group on our kitchen and laundry room remodel project. The results are amazing and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the custom cabinetry, how well planned the space is now, and the attention to details to make our kitchen functional and beautiful. In addition to our kitchen, we had the Baker Group remodel our laundry room with matching cabinetry, bench and lockers, and flooring. They also replaced our vanity in our first floor bathroom, and installed various light fixtures throughout the house. Above all else, we were very happy with the level of attention, responsiveness, and communication throughout the entire process. No project goes entirely flawlessly, and we had some major drama in dealing with the installation of our appliances from Best Buy.
