"In the midst of all the chaos the past couple days with all the rain they made it out to our house within a couple hours of contact.. worked until after midnight (8hrs) trying to get our basement drained and our sump pump working properly. Still only charged us what he quoted me for although I'm sure the job was more than he thought, the most expense was the new pump and installation but still. They left some equipment with us incase it got worse over night and checked back in the morning. Picked up another job next door during working on ours and got us both settled up from our flooding.
