I had great communication with them along the way and they came out a couple times before we decided on what type of deck to accommodate both my wife and I’s time tables. The project was supposed to start about 2 weeks out from when we signed the contract but they called us and asked if they could do it earlier which was even better so they came out in less than a week and did the job. "I needed new gutters and new facia boards installed. I also had additional splash guards and leaf guards installed. Their team was very efficient at installing the gutters and they work as well as I hoped. I have very obviously rotten wood in two areas behind the gutters. I had discussed this with both the person that came out to quote the job in advance, and with the crew lead before they started work, and a 2nd time with the crew lead as they were putting up the gutters later in the day. One of the rotten pieces is in the middle of a 30 foot run of gutters. I called one of the managers after the gutters were installed, and they sent a single person to try to correct this issue. The service tech was able to repair the rotten wood after the multiple trips."
