"Many issues with quality and craftsmanship arose after the building permit inspection. The bathroom medicine cabinet was framed and installed at the wrong height. Grout and caulking around shower and floor were installed incorrectly. After substandard attempts to fix it, it took many emails and photos to get Randy to bring in someone to do it right. Doors and trim were painted without any sanding/preparation. Gaps were left uncaulked. The tops of the door trim were left bare with the worker telling me, "No one sees that anyway". Workers sometimes showed up unannounced and without any notice from Randy. It was particularly distressing to be working from home and having someone aggressively pounding at the door to be let in. Workers several times left for the day without locking up, despite a clear expectation to do so."
