When I made Tony aware of the problem, he told me I could hose the marks off which didn t work. While their workmanship on the concrete work was impeccable, they left me with a problem to try and solve myself with little luck so far!"

He and I were able to organize for him to inspect and bid a backyard job of removing wood decking on grade on a concrete slab and remove both the concrete pad and a chipped and cracked old concrete garden walk from house to garage. We did this entirely over the phone and email and text. Ulises and some helpers came to do the job within days of my first having called him. He did the job, cleaned up, sent me pictures, and an invoice which I promptly paid from my bank account to his. We have never met in person.
