*EXPERIENCE *LEADERSHIP *DEDICATION \nAlpha Surveying Group, L.L.C. (ASG) is a relatively new firm that has a foundation of more than 20 years of SURVEYING and GEOMATIC DESIGN experience, along with an enriched knowledge of REAL ESTATE SALES, PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT, BUILDING and GRADING CONSTRUCTION . ASG’s founders, H. Samuel Walker, PLS, Jed Larkin, and Jason Person saw there was a need for surveying and geomatic design in the community. A collaboration, was started with a simple mission of: \n“Providing a quality service to the professionals who make their livelihood in the real estate market. “ \nWhether you’re a developer, real estate agent, lending agent or a contractor you have a need to keep a project moving forward. And because of this ASG’s philosophy came about when we realized that the difference between our product and that of others is that we cater to the commercial entities that understand the purpose and the need for a firm that is versatile and provides a quality service. A firm that can take a project from concept to completion while meeting the demand of today’s market place, with the age old saying of, time… is money. \n \n*EXPERIENCE \n1. ASG’s staff has a combined experience of over 48 years and an average of 8 years per staff member. \n2. ASG’s staff has performed surveying and geomatic design on projects that range from individual plats of a subdivision lot to multi-million dollar projects that involved clients like the Georgia Department of Transportation, Roy Quintrell Commercial Developments, Zyvax, The City of Blue Ridge, Georgia and a host of others. \n \nH. SAMUEL WALKER, PLS \nOne of the founders of ASG, started his career in 1976 in the U. S. Army, and has more than 20 years of working knowledge of the surveying and geomatic design profession that gives him the vision to think outside of the box to give clients a solution to accomplish their goals. As with every investment venture there are risks and rewards. And with this understanding his focus is on the clients needs. Whether the investment is a home or a commercial subdivision, his approach to a project is with an open mind to accomplish a project’s completion. With this mindset, there is forethought to the limitations from stream buffers to non-existing utilities and how they will affect the project. A good example of this is the Cook Street Improvement Project. While working with the grading contractor and the city of Blue Ridge, there were several problems to solve in building a road that had existing utilities and other constraints that had to be taken into account in order to get the project done. His onsite construction experience afforded him the unique position of knowing not only the technical side of the project but also the practical side. \n \nCook Street Improvement Project, Blue Ridge \n \n*LEADERSHIP \nASG offers a leadership in accepting the changing role that the surveyor and geomatic designer has with regards to handling the influence of regulator agencies that affect the clients time frame and bottom line. By staying in close personal contact with city, county and state officials, ASG can head off non-compliant issues that seem to arise at the most inopportune time. ASG’s philosophy of staying ahead of the learning curve on technological advances gives ASG a time saving technique that, in turn, saves the client money. \n*DEDICATION \nASG staff’s number one response when asked why they are dedicated is: \n“We enjoy our job and the challenges that it brings”

Hello, my name is John Michael. I have been in the landscaping and various construction trades since I was old enough to carry a 2x4 stud, or carrying a plant to one of my family members, or learning what the various wrench's and sockets my father had in his tool boxes were used for.\nI could be found at work after school and on weekends and then on school holidays.Several different members of my family have(had) their own companies or were management which allowed me to start learning the do's and don't s of the various trades that I have learned. Through all these tasks over the years I have gained experience. My resume is available upon request for anyone that would like to see along with references.\nI started my first company in 1999, (and do to the geographical location I did not offer as many services as I do now. Besides, I would not have had time to do the work.)\nWhen I found out that my employer was taken advantage of several older women because they had never had to pay for these type of services to be done,he had charged an older woman almost three times of what it should have been. He had told me that she didn't know what the rates should be.The woman was my best friends grandmother. That following Monday I opened my landscaping and lawn care service.\n Please don't misunderstand me, i believe if a person gives an honest days labor they are entitled to a fair days pay, salary or other payment that had been predetermined.\n I take pride in my ability to find ways to save my clients as much money as possible.I do most of that by not giving up because of the level of difficulty of the tasks at hand.\nI do a lot of things the old fashion way, with axes, shovels, pick axes, and within reason removing stumps, transplanting trees and other various large plants. All these things are done by hand.
