"“Our experience with Accelerated Green Works was exceptional, fun and easy~stress free from beginning to end. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Brett Kallias and his crew. They were delightful and take pride in their jobs. They perfectly executed all the details to clean up all our garden beds and trees. They arrived on time, were very friendly and continually updated us as they progressed along in the process. We are so grateful for the outcome of this project and now drive into our driveway and marvel at how beautiful everything looks. Well done. Thank you.”"

"Randy fixed a wooden fence gate, replacing the latch mechanism and several boards. This was a major job, with a bulky and heavy gate to contend with. It had gotten out of alignment, and had to be squared and rehung, with a new latch. It required quite a lot of work, but he did it very promptly and did very nice work. He was very prompt, courteous and helpful. I would definitely use Randy's services again and recommend his handyman services."

"As always, this was an awesome experience for not only us, but for our dog as well. Every time we use Prairie Dog, we are given the best treatment. Our dog loves to go there and gets excited as soon as we drive into the parking lot. Our puppy is a very excited and hyper dog and the staff does the best job working with him. We have used their training serves as well and would recommend it to anyone. They are the best. <br />"

"Dado is wonderful to work with. He does such quality work I would not go anywhere else. I sent him a list of some odd jobs and finish work in the basement to complete quickly so I could list me house and he was able to get right out and even found a leak that I was unaware of. I had to have a plumber fix the leak, since it was a main drain issue, but Dado came right back out at short notice to fix the drywall from the plumbing repairs so I could get it ready to show."

"The crew all seemed to be very experienced and clearly knew what they were doing.  After the storm, we put an "emergency" request in with Barry to get the fence repaired (we have a dog and young kids and came to rely quite a bit on our fully-fenced backyard).  In spite of having numerous requests for storm repairs, the crew was over within just a couple of days to repair the blown-down sections.  They salvaged what they could of the remaining intact panels, to help save us some money too.  One of their crewmen came over after 5 pm (with our permission) and worked until 9:00 to finish up the job so that we didn't have to go without a fence for another night!  <br /> <br /> Very impressive!  The fence made it through several high-wind storms last summer and held up great through the winter.  The price when all was said and done was right around $750 -- which was far less than the cost of replacing the entire fence.  I have recommended Style-It to several friends since."

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in Comstock, MN

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
