"We had an unexpected result from the touch-ups needed when the vinyl siding contracted and the brushed touch-ups were very visible. Dan was clearly motivated to get a better result, and was fair and reasonable about the resolution (we paid to have a third coat on entire house). The crew was detail-oriented and did beautiful work.
