"Charlie and the guys at Sheppard concrete were fantastic, and the extension on our patio looks great. They did a lot of extra things to ensure our patio looked good and lasts for years to come."

Customers say: Quality work

"They arrived on time and completed the job eight hours later. He and his crew were true professionals. No lost motion. They poured a driveway for me 12 years ago and the drive looks as good now as when it was first completed. The second job was replacement of my mother-in-law's drive and I am now her hero. This crew should be at the top of your list for the Oklahoma City area."

"Ryan Wolfe was prompt in response to our phone calls and arrived timely for the initial review of the project and was prompt every work day thereafter. Ryan's cost estimate was not the lowest we received, but we were impressed with his knowledge of what caused our driveway to collapse and prevention measures necessary to keep it from happening again. We do not regret going with All American Concrete instead of the lowest bidder.
The tin horn replacement was not part of the initial cost estimate and while we did have to cover the additional cost of the new tin horn, Ryan did not charge for the additional work.
Work was completed on time with no extra costs added to the amount on the contract. Care was taken not to damage our property or our neighbors'. The crew cleaned up each day and did an extra thorough job of cleanup on their last day. They were careful to keep our fence gates closed so our dog could not escape. Everyone was very polite, considerate and professional.
Time will tell how well the driveway holds up, but at this point I wholeheartedly can say we are glad we had Ryan Wolfe's All American Concrete do this work for us. We absolutely recommend him!
"

"Mr Riley came out the day after we called for an estimate. Within 48 hours he sent us an estimate. He was not the most or least expensive estimate that we received but seemed to know his business. He was able to start our project within two weeks. We went to The Stamp Store and got colors and stamp selection. Our only complaint was when we selected our color, which was a combination of two release colors, we were told that the cost would increase by $300 because using a release would require it to be sealed. We were told that any concrete that was to be stamped requires a release so the seal should have been included in the initial estimate."

"The project went extremely well. Started on day 1 removing old fence and posts; day 2 new steel posts placed, finished job on day 3. Company personnel were professional, personable and diligent! The fence is beautiful and I could not be happier!"

"I needed to either replace my back patio or have a deck built instead. I hunted down contractors for both options and had 3 bids for each option from top rated Angie's List providers. During my search I wasn't looking for the comments about how nice the contractor was, etc. As one contractor told me, con men are the most charming people. I wanted to know how well the job was done. I also looked at how long the contractor had been in business and what the reviews were like over time. So I appreciated the comments from reviewers related to punctuality, responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work.
I began looking for contractors in early August, hoping to get the work done before school started. I was able to get all the contractor's bids within 2 weeks, however due to the excessively wet spring and summer everyone was quite backlogged on scheduled jobs. I chose D&E based on my contact with Duane's wife, who provided me with estimates for several options after we discussed my needs and she examined the work areas, along with the online reviews. D&E did not have the lowest estimate nor the highest. However I felt that the company focus was on what I wanted and needed, not on what they wanted to do. Some contractors were clearly just hurrying through the process, asking few questions about my needs or preferences. The company was booked until the end of September, so I scheduled them to come during my fall break so I wouldn't miss work days. I also decided to expand the job to include the pad under my heat pump, my front porch, and a piece of sidewalk that had deteriorated.
Duane and his crew came on time the first day. Duane reviewed what I wanted to have done and his crew got to work on the demo. In order to replace the entire front porch slab he would have to remove the 3 posts supporting the porch roof, and doing so would damage the siding on the beam above 2 of the posts. So we reassessed how to accomplish the job and I opted to leave half the porch slab in place as it had little damage, and that avoided the 2 problem posts. Duane suggested an excellent alternative that replaced the first landing down my front steps, which was an inch lower than the porch slab and very discolored. His alternative eliminated the 1" drop that someone could trip over, and made the steps much more attractive. It was also $500 less expensive. I appreciated Duane's consideration of alternatives and determination to make the result meet my expectations.
The job took 2 days, one for demo and placement of the forms, and the second for pouring the concrete. The crew was hard-working and courteous. They cleaned up well after the job was completed. The concrete dried over the weekend and Duane returned on Monday to replace iron railings, remove the wood forms, etc. The 4 areas they did all look very nice. It's not a fancy job with stamping and staining (which they can do) because I'm selling the house and we agreed the extra cost would not be recouped in the sale. However Duane was very meticulous in brushing the surface to provide an attractive finish. I'm very satisfied with the job and wouldn't hesitate to recommend D&E to anyone looking for any kind of concrete work. I only hope the rest of the contractors I hire for the remaining renovations are as ethical and professional as Duane and his crew.

"

"
When a person works 8am to 5pm and works for a boss that

does not like it when you take off it is not easy getting needed work done at

home. I had a holiday coming up today and

wanted two companies to come out to my home and

give me an estimate. To make sure

they had plenty of time I called a week ahead of time. I called Sealwize and Bill's Custom

Concrete. Sealwize could not come. They did call me and gave me a number to

call. I called the number and someone

who does not speak English answered and told me I had a wrong number as best as

I could understand. I tried to call

Sealwize back, but was unable to get through to them. Now my holiday is gone and I am still no

closer to getting my work done. I will have to call some other companies and

see if they can come out when I am off for dental or doctor appointments. I need to get this done before the end of March.

I guess it depends on what is important to each person. After I wrote my review of Sealwize on Angie?s List I received a text message from Sealwize telling me that their reviews were very important to them and asking me to either delete or revise my review. I wrote that it had been important to me to have someone come and evaluate my need while I was off work on my holiday. Sealwize wrote that my contact must have gotten lost and that they were very sorry. I am revising my evaluation as requested by Sealwize and raising the score that I gave them from a C up to a B to give them the benefit of the doubt.

"
