"The whole precess went very smoothly. Brian O'Neill from Viola Roofing came out (this was Fall 2018), went up on the roof, and gave me the best (lowest) estimate of the three contractors I called. He is a straight shooter. Since the weather was mild, his crew was able to remove the old roof and install the new one in mi-January of 2019. I requested that they also look at a minor gutter problem while the work was ongoing, and Brian had it fixed for no additional charge! It's now been a year and the roof is holding up great and looks great too. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again the next time I need a contractor."

"Fredy and Andrea at Global Roofing combine to provide excellent customer service with high quality installation. From quote to complete the entire process was smooth. We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."

"After having a leaking problem coming from our chimney, we noticed some damage to our roof that was probably from a storm the year before and we wanted to get an evaluation of what sort of things would need to be done to improve it.  We had used Doug's Roofing 6 months before for an ice dam removal and I was so impressed with Doug and his service, I decided to contact him again to assess my roof.  We also started the process of seeing if our insurance company would help us with replacement costs.  After my initial meeting with Doug and my phone call to the insurance company, I didn't even need to do that much other that pick out the shingles.  Doug took care of most of the insurance stuff for us, including being there when the assessor came to view the roof and submitting the invoices and photos of the work done directly to the insurance company.  He and his team (one to four other guys depending on the day) work for several days to re-deck the whole house and garage (they were replacing what was probably 94 year old wood), put on new shingles, new vents on the garage, fresh flashing on the chimney, and even adjusted some of the siding that was impacted by the changes on the roof (and one that was just falling off the side of my house).  All of them were very nice.  The were delayed several time due to rain so that made it take a bit longer, but they still got done before my requested deadline.  The whole thing, from the time I first contacted Doug to when the final insurance payment came, was probably about two months.  I am so pleased with the results!  Doug is so nice, so helpful and so professional! <br />"

"This project went well. Jeff assessed a problem with our roof and determined that what was needed was some sealant around the chimney. We thought we had a problem of larger scope than that and he was fair - did not try to oversell us on products or services we didn't need - something we really appreciate. He came back and did the work and went the extra mile to check for issues around other openings in the roof (exhaust outlets, etc.). Nice guy who knows his business. We'll work with Jeff again."

"Pyramid roofing did an outstanding job on my roof. They were excellent with their pre-job start communication. They showed up right on time on what would turn out to be a 93 degree day. They covered EVERYTHING with tarps and plywood so there would not be any damage done to my property. They then worked over 12 hours on this brutally hot day to strip off two layers of shingles and then put on the new roof. The new lead flashing they put around my two chimneys was clearly done by an expert and looks great. Today is one day after they finished the roof and there is ZERO trace that they were ever even here, other than my new roof of course. They cleaned up every trace of debris. I, like many who will read this, have had myriad problems with construction contractors over the years. Everything from not showing up on time (or at all), to shoddy work, to outright stealing of money (deposits). Pyramid may not have restored all of my faith in the home remodeling industry, but on my job, at my house, using my hard earned money, they were a shining example of how anyone would hope and expect a company to be. This "review" might sound like a setup because it is so glowing of Pyramid's performance, but I assure you that this is just me, a very satisfied customer, who is happy to write good things about a company that exceeded my expectations. I would love it if my words of praise could steer or sway other potential customers to use their services. Based on my experience, I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. BTW, the attached picture only shows the main roof completed. The were still to the shed and smaller right side roof. I didn't want you think that they left it like this."
