"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"Hired them to fix a door that would not close properly. They fixed the door and now it works great. They are good at communicating through the whole process, from identifying the problem and how they will fix it. They kept us up-to-date as they began the process and right through completion. I would hire them again for any home projects."

"I contacted Precision for a quote on new Windows. Siding, an entry door and garage doors. They were very responsive and I had a price within 3 days. Overall the process went very smooth and the price was right. Everything turned out great. I would hire them again with no issue!"

"Universal Windows Direct of Manchester provided not only prompt, professional, and preferred service, they also provided a peace of mind for the service they provided. The owner personally visited my home and suggested several suggestions to address my concerns. Never was I pressured, pursued, or offered a product which I had not asked. Universal Windows Direct offered me the security that I knew that this was a company of integrity and honesty. So much so, that when the work was done, I was not home. Unbelievable! And, when I returned home from work on the day of my new window installation, all I could see was the view from my new window...windex'd cleaned, with no evidence that they has ever been in my house. Universal Windows Direct of Manchester treated my home- as their home, with respect and responsibility. They not only met my concerns, they under promised and very much over delivered. Would I use them again...you bet, in a flash! Thank you Universal Windows Direct of Manchester. Doug Robinson, Derry, NH 03038"

"Jim and Jeff hung my Whiteboard in my home office and assembled a computer station for me. They arrived a couple minutes early, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, Jim fixed the old holes in my wall where my Whiteboard was hung previously, although it was not included in my work-order. They requested me to validate the location where I wanted to place the Whiteboard, prior to hanging it. They were very professional and friendly!"

"I have hired Hi Tech Window and Siding over the years to install windows throughout my house, install siding on my house, as well as entry doors and a sliding door that opens to a beautiful deck which they also installed. Needless to say, my wife and I highly recommend Hi Tech. The professionalism exhibited by Hi Tech is second to none. They use quality products, employ knowledgeable, professional craftsmen and most importantly stand behind every installation 100%. I am proud to recommend Hi Tech Window and Siding to everyone who is looking for a quality contractor. There is no better."

"This is the 2nd job we has Steve do for us. The was a min bathroom renovation and also kitchen backsplash. Bathroom came out great. He walled off a second door to access the bathroom, ripped out old tile, and put down new tile and installed a new vanity. Very happy with the finished product. Steve also did the backsplash in the kitchen. It came out perfect. I would definitely recommend Steve for any home improvement projects you may have."

"Alen was fabulous installing my air conditioner, and he even thought of a way to make the window more secure, since I'm on the ground floor of an apartment and he didn't want anyone to get in via the air conditioner in the window. He was perfect. I wish all the people I work with would be like Alen. I will definitly call him for future projects, and recommend Wolf Construction to my friends."
