"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"We spent almost $40k with Mark just to put my project in perspective. Blames others and fails to fulfill his responsibility. Oversaw the irrigation installation and laid sod in my front yard. Plenty of sod died and had to be replaced. I personally dig up dead evergreens and bushes and replaced them. It required 3 separate adjustments to my bill to get it right. Plants sat In their pots and he billed me for them. The plants died and I had to clean it up. I am a very disappointed client and I would not recommend for any kind of work at my property. "BEWARE!! You WILL be taken advantage of if the owner is able to - by word of their own mouth! Take a look at BBB and see for yourself (No, I have not put a claim in but a few before me have) $2000 to "remove" a ~40ft cedar tree and 10ft ornament tree! Stump grinding not included nor will they treat your property well. We also had a large tree removal quoted for $8000!!! We had the luxury of time and were able to shop around to have the large tree removed by a more trustworthy company for $4000 (stump grinding, removal, and property repair, if needed, is included) Save your money and find an arborist who acts with integrity and treats YOU with respect!"
