Only issue that came up was on the day of installation we were informed that one window had grids (didn't match the others) - we were told that they would still replace the windows and follow up when the correct style was in stock to fix the window. 8 days after the installation, I got a call saying the window without grids was in stock - had it installed the following day in less than 5 minutes.
