"The guy came out put in the sheetrock on a Friday with the employee that bid the job. The guy that came out for the finishing and texture came out the following Monday. He was alone and got right to work. Unfortunately there was a language barrier. The guy that bid the job originally showed up and explained that the back of the wall behind the toilet couldn't be finished because of the space. I had asked more then 5 times if the toilet needed to be removed. I was told it would be easier but not necessary. After "finishing" and leaving. I inspected the area and it was not what they said it would be. Along with some other area's that needed to be fixed. They sent him back and he said he would fix everything at the same time. I guess once the toilet was removed ( language barrier). They rushed me to remove the toilet myself which then caused a pipe to burst from the wall. Flooding my house once again! I told them I want a discount and to not return. Disappointed is an understatement! "
