"Wonderfully - could not ask for better service. Exterior of house and garage was prepped and scraped, then the trim, doors, house, and garage were painted. The work was accomplished on schedule, for the agreed price. Santiago and Antonio took extra time to paint both sides of the porch windows, which meant taking the bottom window out. They took great care not to damage the plants and shrubbery that surround the house. Santiago was very responsive to any requests, and offered suggestions and solutions. Most importantly, Santiago was always on site making sure everything went smoothly. We will hire him again next year to paint the interior."

"The team from NAVCO was excellent. Rob was our initial contact, and he was great at communicating throughout the process. The team provided options and we selected what we thought was best for us, there was no up-selling or pressure. We had gotten estimates from 3 companies, and felt the NAVCO price was fair and reasonable. On the day of install, they brought a large crew and the work was done quickly and neatly. They cleaned up as they went along and before they left, sweeping up any debris and wiping down the installed windows. "The actual paint job of the home went well. However, our job was supposed to be the last outside job for this contractor before the cold weather set in. However, the contractor during our painting job, took on another paint job. In his haste to finish our job quickly, he neglected to remove the paint splatters from window. Several of our windows were painted shut and the contractor never replaced the calk he removed from our windows and doors. Thus in past rain storms, we had water come into our home. Only recently we discovered why this has been happening since our house was repainted. We found out that all the calk was gone. This is something I believe the contractor would have taken care of if he were not in a rush to finish our job. <br />"

Tom and his crew treated my home with care to make sure that only the parts of home that were to be painted were.No splatters on my rugs or wall that were not to be painted,or furniture.He took exceptional care of my home.He and his crew also put stain on the exterior of my log home. Power washing the exterior and then returning 2 days later to install the stain.He and his crew made sure that no stain ended up my flowers or black top. Tom Kellogg is a total professional.
