"Rich and his team are truly professional painters and the best I have seen in the painting business. They stained the exterior of our home in 2021 and painted several high-ceiling rooms. They provided a fair price inclusive of paint/stain and truly are experts in painting. There are people that will paint for you and then there are professional painters who can quote a job, show up with all the necessary equipment for complex jobs and finish on-time. Highly recommend Rich and his team!"

"Place looks fantastic. They were very professional very fair with the price. I’d hire them again for sure."

"ZDB Contracting was very responsive when I reached out looking to have my home painted. He was very professionally when he did his estimate and also throughout the entire project. I would recommend ZDB Contracting to anyone needing some painting done!"

"Our finished house is magnificent. Maria and crew transformed our 1915 cedar shingle home into a 6-color work of art. The amount of time, materials, and care that went into this project was not to be believed. People are constantly stopping by to talk about how they can't believe how wonderful the house looks and to ask for her business card. Maria is as good as her word. Her crew are good and decent people who share her work ethic and who work harder than we have ever seen. We know we would never have achieved this look, quality, and no-hassle result without Maria. She gets our unqualified recommendation for any job she bids. Never knew that our home could look like this, beautiful, traditional and trendy at the same time.

"It was great. The call was wonderful She was very thorough. She quoted me first. They did a wonderful job."

"Excellent communication, took great care with workmanship including coordination of some repairs that were needed. Fair pricing, very considerate, professional. At the end of project I added on cleaning out my gutters and he spent time ensuring the entire property was cleaned up. Made certain the painting was perfect and that I was happy with the job. Highly recommend this company."

"We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. The crew was respectful, clean and on time. They went above and beyond all of our expectations in touching up every minor detail so that the whole front of the house was left looking brand new. We could not be happier. Our home looks better than we could have imagined. I recommend High Tech Construction with no hesitation.
