"Garrett, Dave's employee did a great job. He had to run the wiring from the heat tape where it was left coming out of the side of the gutter into my house to my electrical panel, place another breaker into the panel for the tape, and then run the wire up through my walls and attach it to a switch so that I can turn it on and off from inside my home. This meant sawing a hole in my wall and fishing the wire up thru the insulation in my wall. The switch looks great and professionally done. I also added on to the call by asking Garrett to change out a light fixture on my deck which he graciously accommodated me in doing. I would not hesitate to recommend DS Electric for any electrical work that needs to be done on someone's home."

"The electrician knew what he was doing, but I had some difficulty with his attitude. I had told him I should not have to pay tax because it is a capital improvement, but he would not budge on that. He would not move the generator without being threatened, I needed it to be in a safe spot. It was originally in an unsafe place because the exhaust was up against a wood building. He was very reluctant to change it until I threatened him. I do think he does know his business when it comes to electrical work. Overall, there were some communication issues and it seemed like he didn't want to compromise or change when things needed to be changed."

"The work took longer than I anticipated and was much more expensive than anyone else. They did however do a very nice job. The person that laid the stone was excellent. I had some issues with the lights, it's very difficult to get it resolved. The person who was in-charged of the project left suddenly in the middle of it, it was hard to get somebody to complete it and it was just hard to get them to really work with me. Again, they do wonderful work. I've used their Christmas decor part of the business and found them to be excellent. I had some light go out and in order for them to come back there was a very high fee for them just to come out to the house to change a few light bulbs. I found them to be at the top the line as far as their pricing is concerned."
