"Chad and Scott did a fantastic job, from concept to completion of our project. We needed an interior wall, framing, door, drywall, texture, & painting, & all the details to enclose our kitchen from our entry. They understood our concept, and had the work done from start to finish in 2 weeks. Meticulous, detail-oriented, polite, & fun to have them here in our home are how we would describe our relationship with Chad & Scott. They even let us keep adding other small projects along with the wall construction, always being cheerful & accommodating. We would definitely recommend them to our friends & neighbors for any projects! Susan & Larry "

"Exceptional work done. Far beyond our expectations. The people we worked with from start to finish were proressionsl, very knowledgeable, efficient in their work, and addressed all concerns we had. We have had jobs with Lynnrich for the past 12 years. Never a doubt that we will go with Lynnrich again for future jobs."

"I need to revise a previous review. Jim did do excellent work. His cuts were absolutely plumb, straight and horizontal. Previously I made a statement regarding the precision of his cuts and that was only due to one cut extending outside of the area necessary to install the window. I previously stated that I would not use Jim again, which is misleading. I merely meant that, being fairly handy myself, I would feel confident enough to do the same job myself in the future after having seen how it is done. As far as the quality of workmanship, I have no significant reason for criticism. The final product is excellent, complies with code, and provides much better lighting for our future basement bedrooms than what was there before."

"It went very well. They were very nice to work with. They did a great job and I would hire them again. I had one window that was pretty dirty and had a hard water film. They even did the bottom 4 again before they left as it was raining when they showed up and was stopping by the time they left so that way I had no rain drops or spots on these windows. Thank you."

"Awful, the windows started failing after a few years. They replaced a few then the last time we called with 5 more windows that failed under warranty. That was a year and a half ago now. They came out and measured for the replacement windows. Then the lying started. Failed promises, unreturned phone calls, and more lying. In the meantime 3 more windows failed. Now they are saying that they can no longer honor their warranty! I don't know if they are going broke, or are just crooks? Definitely do not do business with this company!"

"Nice job but took 5 months to start from estimate date. Please be sure to get every point and conversation with Harold in writing and stay with Harold until he gives you a receipt for all money paid. Be sure to immediately get every piece of work completed before he is paid. He will drag it out. Do not go with just his word as he does not back up he verbal promises."
