"We have used a number of heat and air companies. This company is TERRIFIC.  Our heat pump broke and we had been contending with airflow issues for years.  We called several companies to give us quotes and solutions. We actually left the company we had our maintenance agreement with since their bid was close to double that of GSM.  Not only was the money significant, but the other companies proposed such complicated/expensive methods to trying to correct our problem.  Kirby from GSM was excellent at explaining what they could do for us.  Once we accepted to go with them, they sent a project manager out to look at the job prior so everyone was on the same page. The installers were also very professional, neat and were able to explain their work well. Kirby had a meeting with us to make sure we are happy (WE ARE THRILLED!!!!) and to see if we had any questions about running the system.   He gave a list of phone numbers from his,all the way to the owner of the company.  Who does that?!  You really get the feeling that they are grateful for your business.  I am delighted to highly recommend this company .
