"We called them as we had a leak- they’d installed our roof about 3 years ago. They came out and turns out the issue was a furnace pipe, nothing roof related and nothing they’d put in. However, they went ahead and adding some sealant to the pipe to try to fix it. They came out, looked at it and fixed something they didn’t need to all free of charge."

It was difficult for the repair person to find however while he was looking he noticed a lack of sealant around several of the roof penetration's metal flashing. He sealed all of these as well as the small leak. Well done - I will use them again if needed.

"The crew was very friendly and explained what they would be doing.  While they were here, they noticed that one of our gutter junctions wasn't adequate for the amount of water coming off the roof, so they installed a diverter to keep the water in the gutter (rather than overflowing).  They also applied bleach and gently washed our vinyl awning, which turned out great!  And they bleached and washed our front sidewalk for free.  I will definitely use them again!

He was very thorough in his inspection checking the roof as well inside rooms and attic. He quickly noticed an issue with one of the main vent pipes/caps and damaged roofing surrounding the area. He took photos and shared them with me along with his recommendations and estimate. The following day his crew came out and within an hour had the job completed to my satisfaction at a very fair price.
