"I truly felt that a thicker epoxy coating should of been applied on the first day securing a better adhesion to floor thus, a more likelihood of a longer life span for Epoxy flooring. As well, more color flakes should of been applied to floors creating a more rougher floor texture. Another learning process is to ensure the contractor bring some sort of material of a min. 10' x 10' matting area to be used as a work area for mixing epoxy components. Thus, not spilling epoxy resins and leaving stains on driveway. Another issue that I have noticed is that the patio area flooring seems to gotten some yellowish stains in sealer plus, I noticed that when the floor gets wet from the rain the floor turns a white color, but clears up after drying. Overall I feel that this was a good idea for my home and I do recommend this organization for future flooring projects, but at a more reasonable price."

"Katherine is very good at communicating job status, especially as I was doing this from out of town. She emailed pictures, receipts and made numerous trips for building supplies as we decided on tile, paint, etc. We were comfortable to expand the scope of the project working with Katherine. We had some problems with the subcontracted painter, but they brought in another painter to do the job correctly. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets, tile and drywall were the major portion of the project. We were unable to inspect the project until a couple weeks after completion. When we inspected it, we found that the trash was not removed, overspray was not cleaned up and there was plaster clumps in many areas of the house. In this condition, it was too difficult to paint the interior. I called Katherine on the weekend to ask her about the trash. David and Katherine were at our property within the hour with a trailer to haul away the trash and walk through the property with us. Evidently the subcontractor represented that he had finished cleanup, but did not. We returned the next weekend and they had cleaned up satisfactorily, retextured as needed and even boarded up a leaking window as the tropical storm was blowing through. The management lesson learned is "Trust, but Verify." I think if they would've walked through completely with a critical eye, they would've taken care of these things without further prompting. Overall satisfied with thier work with a caveat to ecourage better final quality control."
