"I wanted to leave a praiseworthy message on Angie's List for an estimate that was given on May 9th for my roof. I would say you are one of the most honest roofing companies in Tucson. I was seeking bids from several other roofers that were on Angie's List among yours and you were the only honest roofer that said no work needed to be done on our roof. In fact, Allen said you could almost eat off of our roof. I had other contractors stating repairs to the roof in estimation of 2000 up to $10,000. I was shocked to know that they ended up on Angie's List. If in fact I need any Roofing repairs or I know of other people that need repairs I will definitely recommend roof coating Specialists, as they are honest business people. "After interviewing 5 residential roofers, I chose W & D Roofing & Contracting. It is a small, established Tucson family business who are licensed, bonded, insured, experienced, professional. Their roofing team is too. This was for replacing a 30+ year old flat roof. They tore off my old rotted roof, replaced the plywood base, increased the size of the scuppers to take rain off the roof quickly, gave it a slight pitch, added upper heat pump level drainage. They cleaned up and left my yard in pristine condition. My flat roof had been leaking before I moved into my house in 2019. This is my first house, so I was inexperienced in this whole process. And, they were the cheapest bid. No one had been able to fix it by patching, or sealing it. I had a tight timeline in mind of 2-1/2 weeks, and they fit me into their schedule. And, just in time. I have already had 5 rains on my new roof, and it is holding tight. No leaks/no worries. I highly recommend W & D!"

"Rite Roofing was the first roofing contractor I met with to get a bid for my shingle roof, with a portion of flat roof. The owner, Mr. Ricardo Lopez gave me a good vibe right away. I do all my own home maintenance. I'm not a roofer but I maintain (coat and patch) the flats and do minor repairs on shingles, plus everything else around the house. The work this company did was OUTSTANDING! Clean-Up was very thorough. The work was on time and very reasonably priced. I had 5 bids. 3 requested contractors never showed up. "Great work and very professional! Yvonne was very communicative, answered all of my questions, and got back to me in a timely manner. They repaired my rotted roofing beams and recoated my roof. The work took a little longer than they originally estimated, but they didn't cut corners or try to rush through the work. When it rained soon after the work was complete and one of my skylights leaked, they came our right away and made sure everything was sealed up.
