"The team was very cordial and seemed to know what they needed to do. There was an improvement, but I think more could have been done with their time. I said I would not use them again mainly because they had to travel about 50 miles to get to me which resulted in additional charges. They worked two days, but I felt like they could have accomplished more in the time they were here. Due to travel time, the workdays were 5-6 hours only. I had expected 8-hour days with the price quoted. Overall, it was too costly for me to continue using them."

"We hired Kurt as the general contractor to build our new home. We had a tight budget and Kurt was able to come up with an estimate that met our budget and our quality requirement for materials. Kurt built our house through a severe Southwest Colorado winter and was able to stay on schedule. He works with some top notch sub contractors that we were very happy with.
