"Jim's office called promptly and set an appointment. He introduced himself politely and professionally, then efficiently went about his business inspecting the roof. He took photos of several trouble spots and showed them to me, explaining what each represented. His assessment and explanation of the cause of our roof leak was thorough. he also indicated the issue is less severe and less urgent than other companies had indicated. Jim explained other things to note about our roof, particularly its age and need for a replacement in a year or two. He offered to make the minor repairs to fix the small leak since the weather & roof had been dry for a couple weeks. Jim fixed the roof - temporarily, which he clearly explained - for under $100. So far, we've had bids for $2,000 and plenty companies saying they need to replace the whole roof."

"When I started looking into getting my roof replaced, I had about 10 different companies come out to give me estimates. Ridge Top sent out Chris and right away I felt like they were the right ones for the job. He clearly told me every detail. He answered every single one of my questions. After that meeting, he followed up with me through text and email. Once we made our decision, he came over asap and called my insurance company with me right there. It was a 5 minute phone call. And the process was started. I had absolutely nothing to do with the insurance. Chris handled every bit of it. Every back and forth communication with the insurance company. He also was here and on the roof with the insurance company's inspector. A week later we were approved for the full price of the roof. All we had to pay was the deductible. We were on the schedule very quickly. The crew immediately set to work. After 6 hours, they were done! They removed the old roof and replaced it entirely new in 6 hours! Chris was there with a big smile on his face (see the last picture!). It has been over a year and we have not had a single issue with our new roof.
