"Holladay Grace Roofing once again replaced my roof after a devastating hail storm. The reason I choose them is from previous good experiences, they replaced my roof two years ago after it was destroyed in a hail storm and quickly repaired a vent I destroyed when I botched a repair job. They don't ask for money upfront, when the repair work is completed and your satisfied they bill you. They stuck as close to the estimated time of completion as the weather allowed, the crew was professional and did an outstanding job with the cleanup. <br /> Holliday Grace is a local company that has been in business for a long time they are not the least expensive company but I trust them, unlike the storm chasers that swarmed the area after the storm passed. <br />"

"They were awesome. We had hail damage. They are amazing. The storm was in July, 2016. He came out in the beginning of August to do the initial check of my house. He talked to my insurance company. He was very good with the insurance people in getting my house fixed. It took a while to get done because in Colorado, you can't do some things in the winter. On good days, they would come out and work on repairs.  He subcontracted this stuff out because he looked for people who could do the job at a reasonable price. He is not one of those people that will hire just anybody. He makes sure that the job gets done and people want to work. He called when something came up. He came out to check. He was amazing. He was very informative, very professional and very responsive. I didn't have to deal with a lot of stuff like shady people and insurance scams. He took care of the insurance company and everything else. They were always on time. If they couldn't make it because of weather, you got notification. He would call in advance on the scheduled day, like two hours ahead, so I could get my dogs out of the yard."

"Horn Brothers Roofing just completed installing a Gerard steel roof on my home in Evergreen. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and the finished product. The tear off crew, the install crew and the gutter contractor were all excellent, and punctual. They cleaned up each and every day before departing. "I hired Lianro back in December of 2000 to replace my old shake shingle roof with a new stone-coated steel one. Their estimate for the work was very reasonable, and they did the whole job in less than a week. I've had zero leaks or problems of any kind since. The material is now 17 years old, and is only showing a little wear around some of the bends where the stone coating has flaked off due to hail, wind, snow, and workmen walking around on it. I am thoroughly pleased with the work that Lianro did and the materials they sell."

"My sales rep was very ambitious and helped with my initial claim with my insurance company. I liked that he took the initiative and helped me with an unfamiliar situation, so I went with him. The workers were amazing and put in a very long day after seeing my house was not up to code. After the old roof was taken off, I found that my front door would not open or close without difficulty and my caulking on my ceiling molding had separated on 3 walls. I pointed that out to the sales rep after his return and he was baffled as to why that happened and made several inquiries as to what happened, and then left. After the roofers added the wood and shingles, the front door would open and close with no difficulty, which was a good thing. The most disappointing thing was that he never checked back to ask or follow up on the problem that I had. I was also told that they had a huge magnet that they would run around my house that would pick up all the stray nails. A lot that I found got thrown out, but I kept finding nails, so I started saving them to show upon his return and I never seen him. Overall, they did do a great job with my roof and gutters, but not sure why I did not get a follow-up on my door not closing and opening without difficulty, or the caulking separating. I now have 2 other interior doors that I have a problem with, one is difficult to close and one will not close at all. Not sure if that is their responsibility or not. I said yes that I would hire the again, but I wish there was a Maybe box, because what if my front door did not correct itself on opening and closing? What do I do with the doors that have problems with closing?"

"I worked with their very experienced salesman from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful. He supplied information on the roofing materials, offered his recommendations for replacement, consulted on pricing AND then he coordinated with my insurance company, my picky HOA and the labor.     As an aside, my first insurance evaluation was lacking and my salesperson encouraged me to appeal it. Sure enough, a more experienced assessor was far more thorough and insurance appropriately yielded on the settlement.     Labor showed up on time, worked incredibly long hours in unbearable heat and finished well before I expected. The team was respectful of the property, meticulous in their clean-up and I had no worries when they were gone. They were efficient, coordinated and wasted neither time or materials. My house looks fantastic and is well aligned with our homeowner's roofing parameters.      This organization is a class act. You cannot ask for better service, pricing, consulting or virtually any assistance related to product. I was overwhelmed by their care, concern and professionalism on every front.     I will, and have, recommended them to a number of friends needing exterior care. One in Denver, two in Wyoming, they all got hit. They all had roofs that needed to be replaced because they all got hit with hail last year.
