"As the walk around progressed and was coming to a close he stated the job was very big and would require alot of time.  I affirmed this was correct.  He said he would quote the work at $70.00 per man hour, with two men working to complete the job.  I remarked I had never had a quote stated in those terms, what type of time would we be talking about?  He wouldn't give me a time table so I pressed further and asked if he could give me at least a ballpark figure.  He finally said between $3-5,000.00.  With that kind of latitude in dollars I didn't feel comfortable securing his services.  I don't know if he was so busy he really didn't have the time to take on the job or what.  He was very nice to talk with and he responded in a very timely manner.  I just didn't feel comfortable working with a quote of that nature given the amount of work to be done.  I had other quotes and the firms quoted by the job, not by the hour. <br />"
