He called before arriving to give me an ETA and he and his crew showed up on time. They went right to work in a very professional manner. Tony kept me updated about what they were doing and what they found (A LOT of lint and some water build up too!). They completed the job in about an hour and left the area very clean. Now my dryer works almost like new and I'm extremely pleased with Ramirez Duct Cleaning. I highly recommend Tony and his crew!"
