"Had an EV charging station installed. Owner called me as soon as I signed up for Angi. He was friendly and informative. Didn’t charge me to come out to BC to give me a quote. He also let me know when he was leaving LV to come out to my place. That is unheard of with companies here. He gave me a very competitive quote with options. Ended up scheduling the install a few days out. Installer was also very friendly and communicative. I will be calling this company from here on out with any needs that come up. I highly recommend their services. Fun fact… first company I called was a respectable local to BC company. Have used them in the past. They were late for their quote. Then they sent me their bid, which was completely out of the question. I denied their quote. Even sent them an email, and never heard back. "This company upgraded all out outlets and switches, corrected wiring deficiencies and replaced and upgraded our breaker panel. Excellent crews, professional, polite, helpful and they showed us everything that was needed, why it was needed and after the work showed us the results. They ensured that everything was perfect after the work was done. They were the roses among the thorns. Our wiring and breaker panel were close to causing a catastrophe. These men were a life saver. "This company is BAR NONE the best one I've ever dealt with. My sales rep, Adam, was VERY professional and there was ABSOLUTELY NO pressure. He didn't even bring contract papers on the first 2 visits!!! He gave me all the information and let me ask questions. I NEVER EVER felt pressure to buy and once I decided it was the way to go, he was there for all my questions. The install team were very professional and did an AWESOME job. They would let me know what they were doing and show me the steps along the way. My first power bill after it was fully up and running was $19.56. YES, I DO have a payment for the loan, but for the summer A/C bills it will still be WAY lower than what my electric bill would be. I am "of age" so this will be to help out my adult children if one of them chooses to live in the house when I'm gone or benefit with the sale. It's a win win no matter how one looks at it! "Deteriorated company. I have been a long time customer of Cacti. However, since 2020 the quality of their service has greatly deteriorated. There has been multiple occasions where the crew they sent serviced my neighbor’s house. In addition to that, there were multiple occasions where the crew simply didn’t clean my backyard. I have a Ring system and after checking you can see a Cacti member enter my backyard, looked around, and walk back out. Nothing was cleaned. When you call customer service, don’t expect an apology instead be prepare to provide proof via pictures. When the Cacti crew does perform the service, it is nothing short of sloppy. I gave them 3 years to resolve their issues but it has not improve so I am now changing provider."
