Our principal, Patricia Yin, holds an active Professional Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer license in Nevada and California, and she seals every drawing we deliver. TLS is registered with the Nevada State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, firm 44105, and we are fully insured. You work with the professional who signs your drawing, not a call center.\nWe focus on ALTA/NSPS land title surveys for commercial properties, but we also handle boundary surveys, property corner staking, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, septic-to-sewer conversion surveys, and grading and drainage plans. \nSend us the address and what you are building, and we will tell you which survey you actually need.
