"Kikers Tree Service arrived on 07-25-2019 and began working immediately. They cut down 7 trees that were huge. Four trees at least 100' or more. This was our 3rd time using Kikers Tree Service and each time we are pleased. After calling other tree services we decided Kikers was the one that could best handle our needs. They cleared all debris and blew off our deck and patio. They were precise and orderly. We had the trees removed due to storms. During a recent storm one tree lost limbs that fell on our roof and fence. We were very fortunate no roof damage only satellite dish damage."

"We had a very large pine tree that had died and needed removal. JDTS gave us a competitive price and after reading the online reviews about quality work, no collateral damage, and great clean-up, I was confident that we had made a good choice. When Justins crew arrived (without Justin) I confirmed what we had been quoted and the extent that good care would be taken to not damage nearby trees and plants. The man who actually climbed the tree did not speak English so I am not sure how well the ground guys were able to communicate what we wanted to do and how we expected the job to be handled. I was surprised when he went up the tree about 2/3 of the way to the top and sawed-off everything above him which landed right in the middle of our beautiful wooded back yard, taking with it one large tree and almost 30 small ones! Then they proceeded to drop 6-to-8-foot sections of the trunk into that same **landing area** and finally the bottom 30 feet or so of the trunk went over in one fell swoop in that same area. I have seen many videos of tree removal companies using what they call speed lines to carry falling pieces away from areas that could be damaged, but JDTS did not do anything like this. As part of the **cleanup** they proceeded to chainsaw off all of the damaged trees, leaving about a 6-inch stump for each which they assured me would regrow new trees. When I asked one of the guys what they would do to compensate for the damaged area, I was told they showed a picture of it to the boss who told them **it was not that bad** and to knock $75 off the price. Bottom line: the big dead tree is gone, the cleanup was acceptable, the damage to surrounding areas of our nice privacy woods was not. The whole job, start-to-finish, took 3 hours. PS: After the crew had left, I noticed two rather large loose limbs (parts of the cut-down tree) hanging up in the branches of nearby trees. After 2 text messages, JDTS did send someone over to remove them."
