"Cullen and his team showed up everyday ready to work. That included two days they worked as long as could in the rain. They promised our gas would off for a day as they had to move and completely replace the line and delivered on that. The small changes along the way we asked for were done without question and done to our satisfaction. The crew kept the job site as neat as they could and even cleaned the existing driveway of mud without being asked to as well as keeping the streets clean too. He helped me pick the correct pavers for my job and worked with me on the design and shape of the patio. We had one small issue where we needed to readd some sand in a few spots due to some heavy rains, but Duane came back and took care of the issue. "

We asked for a paver project that would even out the levels to make it easier to walk without negatively affecting the drainage. I hired Neel Outdoor Works to install a brick wall and platform for a wood burner and my experience couldn’t have been better. The timelines for material drop off and execution were not only upheld, but were also communicated clearly which has been hard to find dealing with contractors. When the crew arrived to do the work they were able to explain everything that was happening, how long it would take, and precautions to take while the components cured.
