"Horrible!! Avoid him at all costs!! I hired him to regrout my stone steps and reset them. I had a beige grout and he put an orange grout that was horrific! he said it would fade it didnt. He then came out grinded the grout damaged our stone, took samples of our grout to match and never saw him again!! he took our money, screwed up our steps and ran!!! BEWARE"

To my satisfaction, Shaw was equipped to offer this service at an additional reasonable price. I appreciated that either one or the other owners was at the job site throughout the project.
