"Thor is the best.  I was out of town for the second half of the project and the project turned into more than he or I bargained for.  He handled everything brilliantly and I trusted him to do a great job.  When I got back I was blown away by the quality of their work. The house is a really unusual mid century modern that the other contractors who came by for quotes were completely scared of...some of them didn't even get back to me. This place was in Really Really bad shape with a large amount of wood rot, structural issues, and come to find out during the repairs...a large amount of termite damage.
