"Jeremy cleaned the two big windows on the outside.  He did a great job cleaning those two big windows and balancing on his ladder.  Tyler cleaned the inside windows and then helped on the outside windows and sashes and screen cleaning.  Tyler was very careful to not get my lacquered wooden windows wet.  (I have had window cleaners before who dripped water off the window when cleaning and didn't dry them well. This is damaging to the finish.)  Tyler did a great job of maintaining the integrity of my wooden window finish and kept them dry.  It took about 2 hours for two men to clean all of my windows and doors.  I am very pleased with them. They are delightful young men and did a great job. I will be calling High Definition Windows again when I am ready for another cleaning.  I paid extra for screen cleaning and to have the sills cleaned. <br /> I am very impressed with the integrity of these two young men.  I do recommend them highly. Tyler and Jeremy were both very professional and have I no complaints about their work. They both were great and cleaned my windows with an attention to detail that I would use myself.  I appreciate the personal touch they gave to leaving me with such clean windows.  I will ask for them again when I have my windows cleaned again. <br /> <br />"

He addressed all of my worries and concerns about my existing roof, and provided a detailed written estimate. I was pleased with the timeliness and and quality of work. My preexisting leak appears to be remedied. My parents have also used this company with similar results, and I have already recommended them. If I had a complaint about anything, it would only be that I wished communication had been a bit more prompt, but in the end, it was not a big deal. "Compared with how it looked when they started, I was thrilled with the results.  There were a couple of little spots that were left, but I was truly pleased.  Then a month later I received a call from Robert White.  He told me that he had stopped by the house and checked the roof and felt the garage roof needed one more treatment.  Since it was too close to winter to do it, he said he would contact me in the  Spring and would give it another treatment.  He also said there would be no additional cost. <br /> I almost forgot.  I have a storage shed the size of a single car garage.  When Robert White arrived to start the job, I asked if he would have time to include the roof on the storage shed.  He said that it would not be a problem.  When I asked him how much more the bill would be........he said there would be no additional charge. <br /> I can't say enough about Robert White and his company.  They were very careful when they were treating the roof, and they truly care about the outcome of their work.  I would recommend him to anyone who needs to get their roof cleaned.  He will do an excellent job for you. <br />"
