They cleaned up and finished everything in one day as advertised. The product was applied four months ago and is holding up very well with no hot tire marks on the garage floor. During the same time period our old epoxy application was already showing wear and tire marks. Any oil or gas spills from my lawn mower and other lawn equipment are easily wiped up, leaving no residue or damage to the floor's surface.
