"The initial customer service was fantastic. Connie and Matthew were pleasant and responsive. Apcon subcontracted our job to one individual. That individual subcontracted the work to another crew. The bathroom repairs were supposed to take 3 days. The crew arrived very late in the day which pushed work till the next day. The communication was messy between the original contractor, owner of the new contractor, and crew. We contacted Connie to share our concerns. Connie was sympathetic and apologetic, but she did not contact us back with a solution. We had to clean up the area and put off toilet back in place (they initially removed it). Bottom line, it took 5 days (with no showers for the family since primary bathroom) and no one followed up with our satisfaction on the finished project. I am sure Apcon is a great company, but they need to evaluate who they subcontract their jobs. It is their reputation on the line."
