"Not well. Refrigerator was moved but in a way that the compressor is now broken. Cost $400 to move and they compensated me $210 for the now broken refrigerator since that was the "extent of their liability". They did not refund the move expense after multiple requests. So i essentially paid $200 for them to come to my house a break my refrigerator. Unless you think $0.60/lb is reasonable compensation for damage to your belongings, use someone with better customer service and insurance."

"I am writing this because after 6 months after moving in and SEVERAL attempts to contact the company regarding our claim and issues we have received NO response. Unfortunately we had no choice in our moving and storage company because this was a military move, and happened quite suddenly so we were in need of long term storage. We paid almost $300 a month to have our goods safely stored for 2 1/2 years. ( about 7,000 ) Upon unloading the crates ( I guess I should also mention they were late & messed up our yard with the truck) Several large items were NOT EVEN wrapped. My childs crib and ivory glider chair just came off not wrapped in any sort of protection and was filthy. A bed was demolished. Barstools cracked. A large corner desk trashed. A dresser was placed upstairs covered in mold and broken. One of my huge concerns with our items is there was SO MUCH mold and damage. That alone should be addressed. We have been living out of plastic storage drawers because we have no furniture or reimbursement to replace it. Due to the mold my family has been sicker than usual all winter with several trips to the Dr for allergy and sinus issues.( We were told to keep the items until contacted by the company for them to examine ) Then something else absolutely unacceptable happened...While my husband was out to grab lunch one of the movers followed me upstairs. I had my back against a wall unpacking a box in front of me. He said he would help me unpack so we could get rid of some of the paper and boxes. I tried to politely decline saying that I had it under control. He then picked up a bra I had pulled out of the box and made a comment about it. I uncomfortably laughed it off and then he put both hands on my shoulders and put his mouth on mine. I pushed him away and then I heard a friends voice downstairs. Because the mover heard the strange mans voice too he backed off. I gave him no indication that I was interested in any such behavior. If my friend had not shown up when he did who knows how far that guy would have tried to go. Because of this incident my husband would no longer let the movers in the house. All boxes (still packed) had to be stored in the garage because he no longer trusted the company inside and wanted that team gone as quickly as possible. After filing a police report still nothing has been done regarding this awful incident. Many military moves are handled by one spouse while the other is on deployment, usually the female. I never expected something like this to happen and was not concerned about being left alone with them. I now am extremely uncomfortable in any situation involving a crew that comes out and will not be left alone for it. I believe it is the duty of the company to hire trustworthy workers who do not behave in this manner and should take responsibility and be held accountable if something this inappropriate takes place. We have heard NOTHING. The company had to send out a SECOND crew to move the items from the garage to the rooms where they were supposed to go. This particular crew was seasoned and professional. They managed to account for several boxes that the other crew thought were missing. They took the lamp that was delivered to us that was not our and hopefully it was returned to its rightful owner. They agreed that the amount of mold and damages was unusual. Basically the majority of the items that were NOT damaged were ones I had packed and sealed in plastic totes myself or vacuum sealed in airtight bags. After several calls and following the proper channels we have STILL not heard back from anyone. Maybe now the owner will acknowledge and address the situation? Many pictures of molded and broken goods to follow..... My Longaberger baby cradle that slept in 30+ years ago was smashed and covered in mold. Decorative plates received as wedding gifts were broken. Books from my childhood mildewed, picture frames mildewed and broken. I opened a box of shoes and was at first shocked that I would have put them away dirty ( I always clean them before putting them away ) Then I realized it was mold...covering my collection of high heels. Kitchen utensils....many small things passed down from relatives that to someone else may seem to petty to mention but they add up to a lot of memories, money lost and disappointment."
