I had two rooms that required different ceiling light installations and Klaus provided me with several different options for each install. The work was scheduled promptly and completed with the upmost professionalism and care. Klaus explained the work being performed as he went through each project enabling us to get the exact install configuration (type of light/bulb, positioning, switch options etc.) we required. The work was done patiently, not rushed and we were consulted throughout the day. Pricing for the work was very reasonable and as quoted i.e. no surprises. "Mark from Duke's Electrical Services was recommended by a friend in the home improvement business whose referrals have always been A+, and Mark certainly lived up to that reputation. Mark and his son were professional, punctual, and communicative. They texted before arriving and showed up exactly on time. Mark performed a thorough electrical inspection, took photos, and reviewed everything with me so I understood the condition of our system. I also asked about a few smaller projects, including a dock light switch and a deck remote-control switch that weren't working. Mark followed through on his promise to return, contacted me within a week, and scheduled the repairs. During that visit, I added two more switch replacements, and they completed all three jobs in under an hour. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. After finishing, they vacuumed the work area. As someone who appreciates cleanliness, that meant a lot. Professional, efficient, cleanliness, very rare find."

"Juan arrived a bit later than expected but got to work and did the jobs, running to Home Depot for needed parts which I didn't know we needed. He explaned things to me and knew what he was doing. He did all the jobs I outlined and left with everything working. He was cooperative in pointing the kitchen track lights where I wanted the to shine. He then looked at the plumbing job (vanity install) and realized that the vanity I bought wasn't a feasible option because of the direction of my pipes (to the side and not the back) therefore needing to go right through the drawers! I have returned the vanity to Home Depot! He didn''t waste time talking to me but did talk to himself (or on his phone ) while he worked! He cleaned up his dust and debris well, Satisfied with his cost which really should have been higher when I thought about it later. I would use him again if he was from near Frederick, but he came from Baltimore! I'd rather use local tradesmen...."
