"Temo ended up changing out all five fire detectors because whenever he changed one we could still hear chirping. Eventually, we discovered the carbon monoxide detector which is a plug-in close to the hallway floor was chirping. Once he changed it, all noise stopped. We're not sure if they all needed changed or not, but they are all new now. Once I ran out of 9V batteries, Temo supplied the rest. Throughout the process, Temo was very patient, friendly, and professional. I was very pleased that he came on such short notice and would recommended his service to anyone. I will call him again should any handyman need arise."

"I had two cellular blinds that I was sure I was going to have to throw in the trash. The pull strings on both were broken, and the locking mechanism on one (the long $300 one) was broken by the renters. Roy set an appointment with me, showed up on time, took the blinds with him, and did the repairs.  He replaced the broken parts, put a new/used headrailon one, restrung them, and delivered them ahead of the estimated delivery date.  In addition, he was able to locate some mounting brackets for other blinds I had.  I would not hesitate to call him again. <br />"

"I requested an estimate in March good for 6 months. Service done in July, no change to price. Kate Manager came and did the estimate. When I was to paint, she got the job started within 1 week of my call. She was very responsive to all of my questions and any concerns that I had. The workers very very professional & worked with no supervision, but were very approachable & helped me understand the process & also answered any questions. Kate kept track of the work being done, did an inspection with me at end & had the guys do some small touch ups, which were completed quickly. All was cleaned up at the end of the job. "He apparently forgot that he was supposed to be at my house on a certain date and time.  When it got well pass that time, I called <br /> him and he said he'd be here in about an hour as he was on another job.  Following his arrival, it became obvious the two pocket doors could not be repaired, so he went and bought 2 more and installed them the next day.  He also repainted the door jamb.  Upon departure he left some tools, so we notified him and he came back a couple of weeks later to retrieve them.  When he told my husband the cost, my husband paid him by check and requested an invoice.  That invoice finally arrived August 19, 2014. <br />"
